INTRODUCTION

ONBOARDING
Great news – our partnership is a go! So, let's get straight to it. We'll work together to finalise a build timetable that suits you, and once we have that locked in, we'll schedule some key dates. The first stage of the process is having a good base vehicle. We can assist with this process but are also happy for customers to provide their own vans.
In the next stage, we'll guide you through all the exciting details, such as selecting colour schemes, fixtures and fittings.
A £2000 deposit is required at this stage to solidify our partnership as we move forward with your dream campervan project.
DESIGN
There are two ways to do this - meet up at our Perthshire workshop to show you our current work or meet over a video call if the distance is an issue.
Over time, we have developed a range of highly functional and attractive layouts allowing the team at North Bound to become experts at each design we offer. We can add storage options and make amendments to bed height as well as external upgrades. You can choose any kitchen colour from the Howden's kitchen ranges and we will colour-match paint and style to match your conversion. You’ll also get to choose the finer details like handles, catches and more.
BUILD
Two weeks before the build starts we will require a 50% deposit. Once we receive your base van, we strip out, clean and insulate it before the conversion process starts. Our goal is to have the build completed within 6-10 weeks depending on the design. Throughout the process, we'll ensure you stay in the loop by providing regular updates on WhatsApp about the progress being made. Rest assured, we want you well-informed and excited every step of the way.
HAND OVER DAY
Once your build is complete, it’s time for us to hand over the keys. Once any remaining balance is settled, our team will go through a comprehensive walkthrough of your campervan build. Rest assured, we will take the time to guide you through all the necessary operations of the new equipment and appliances, making sure you feel confident and comfortable with each one.
